Terms of Service

PHX Onsite Auto provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance services performed at your location within the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. Services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline a service request if the vehicle, location, or requested work is outside our service scope.

• Booking requests are confirmed once accepted by our team or an assigned technician.
• Unless a flat fee is stated upfront, pricing is provided as a quote based on your vehicle and the requested service.
• Quotes are estimates. Final pricing may adjust based on parts required, labor, and conditions discovered on site. You will be informed before any additional work is performed.
• Engine diagnostics carry a flat fee payable at the time of booking.

If you choose to supply your own parts, you are responsible for ensuring they are correct, complete, and in working condition for the service requested. We are not liable for delays or additional labor caused by incorrect, defective, or missing customer-provided parts.

• Payments are processed securely through Base44 Payments (Wix).
• Flat-fee services are charged at booking. Quote-based services are charged after the quote is accepted.
• By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount for the services rendered.

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us. Cancellations made with reasonable notice will not be charged. Same-day or last-minute cancellations, or no-shows, may be subject to a service-call fee to cover travel and technician time.

• Provide accurate vehicle, contact, and location information.
• Ensure safe and legal access to the vehicle and a suitable work area at the scheduled time.
• Be available or reachable during the scheduled service window.
• Comply with any property, HOA, or parking rules at the service location.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PHX Onsite Auto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We stand behind our workmanship and will address issues related to the service performed. However, we cannot guarantee the condition of older or pre-existing vehicle components and are not responsible for failures unrelated to the work performed.

All content on our website and app — including logos, text, and graphics — is owned by PHX Onsite Auto and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
